Outpatient Aftercare at The MODE

Our Outpatient Program (OP) is designed to provide continuous support and guidance for individuals who have recently completed treatment and are looking for a more structured form of aftercare.

Our program offers a range of services including ongoing therapy, relapse prevention strategies, and a supportive community to ensure sustained recovery success.

With a focus on long-term well-being, The MODE’s Outpatient Program empowers individuals to navigate the challenges of post-treatment life while fostering personal growth and lasting sobriety.

Program Details:

When patients participate in The MODE’s Outpatient Program, they typically attend meetings for a duration ranging from 14 to 16 weeks, with each meeting lasting approximately 1 hour.

During each meeting, patients will meet privately with their primary counselor for a one-hour session every other week.  They are also required to attend three 12-Step meetings on a weekly basis.

  • Meet with primary counselor every other week
  • Attend three 12-Step meetings each week

Meeting Times:

The MODE currently has two OP meeting times to accommodate our patients’ busy lifestyles. Both meeting times occur on Tuesdays, with one taking place in the early afternoon (during the lunch hour) and the second happening in the early evening (after normal business hours).

  • Afternoon session: Tuesdays from 12:00 P.M. (Noon) until 1:00 P.M.
  • Evening session: Tuesdays from 5:30 P.M. until 6:30 P.M.
